Refund/Cancellation Policy
Our service comes with an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee for first-time subscribers only unless otherwise stated on the registration receipt for a pariticular product or plan. . If you are not satisfied for any reason in the first 30 days, we will be glad to issue a refund. Simply e-mail us atsales@PrimeMarketTrader.com
to notify us of your refund request (please specify your User ID in the message).
Please note: in order to prevent abuse of our
refund policy, our 30-day money back guarantee is only applicable to customers subscribing for the first time.
Once the 30-day money back guarantee period is over, there is no refund. You can cancel at any time by sending a cancellation request to sales@PrimeMarketTrader.com (please specify your User ID in the message). Upon notification of cancellation, PrimeMarketTrader.com will immediately stop charging your credit card and no additional charges will occur. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the period already paid for.

Professional Members are granted an extended

Professional Member may conduct some commercial activities and that
Professional Member's clients may indirectly benefit from the Information.
Professional Members are required to update the
Financial Information they provide to PrimeMarketSIgnal at least once every
three months to keep their subscription current. This Financial Information is
used to determine subscription fees.
While Professional Members are free to cancel
their subscription at anytime, under no circumstance will PrimeMarketSignal
provide refunds.
